Gran Via 44

In 2015, Hines, on behalf of its European Core Fund (HECF), acquired Gran Via 44, a prime retail asset in Madrid. The 900-square-meter unit is located on Gran Via opposite Callao Square, in the heart of Madrid’s most prominent commercial and retail location.

The building is leased long-term to the restaurant chain Five Guys. The opening in Madrid represents their first location in continental Europe.
