Hofstatt

Hines managed the development and refurbishment of Hofstatt, a mixed-use project located in the old town area of Munich, Germany, in close proximity to the town hall on Marienplatz. Hines' role involved renovating four existing buildings (18,500 square meters) plus developing three new buildings (24,000 square meters) designed by Marcel Meili and Markus Peter Architekten.

Hines currently asset manages the retail space of the property.
