Hollywood Wilcox

Hollywood & Wilcox is a 1.38-acre development site in the heart of Hollywood, CA that was acquired in 2022 by Hines and Cresset Capital. The site is fully entitled for 260 residential units and 16,729 square feet of retail and F&B space. The project will be comprised of a new 15-story residential structure and a rehabilitated historic structure known as the Attie Building. SCB Architects designed the project, taking contextual cues from the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame, where the property is located, and incorporating design elements that complement the Attie Building. The project was designed to LEED Gold standards.
