Opened in April 2003, Illa del Cel is a 332,734-square-foot apartment and hotel complex located within the Diagonal Mar master-planned development. Situated in the third-largest park in Barcelona, Illa del Cel is within walking distance of the beaches of the Mediterranean and the new Diagonal Mar Centre. The complex consists of two towers, one with 250 apartment units for rent and one with a four-star, 144-room hotel. A parking garage with 355 spaces is located beneath the buildings.
