The City of Industry is a commercial and industrial hub in the Los Angeles area, with demand from national credit tenants, 3PLs, and international importers. 16008 Amar Road is located approximately 2 miles from Interstate 60 and approximately 25 miles from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, providing mission-critical access for warehouse tenants.
The property will be developed into a Class-A industrial facility featuring a 36-foot clear height and a flexible design to accommodate different tenant bases. Additionally, the project will include a deep truck court with ample trailer parking, ESFR sprinklers, skylights, LED lighting, and up to 4,000 amps of power capacity.
