The building is utilized by Japanese medical technology manufacturer Olympus, which occupies nearly 38,000 square meters and serves as the company’s headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The remaining space in the building is leased as co-working space.
The building offers flexible floor plans that allow various office concepts, meeting the needs and expectations for a modern working environment. Olympus Campus aims to be regarded as one of the most advanced and sustainable buildings in the area.
