One Two One

One Two One represents a prime redevelopment opportunity of approximately 10,900 m² GFA a.g., situated in the city center of Frankfurt am Main. This project aims to revitalize the former retail flagship store into a modern mixed-use asset, integrating both retail and office areas. Particular attention is being paid to adhering to high sustainability standards, for which various evaluation criteria and lifecycle considerations are being included in the planning. The plan aims to preserve the existing structure as much as possible to retain the gray energy. New building elements will be mainly implemented in CO2-optimized wood hybrid construction. The goal is to enable carbon-neutral operation for the occupants upon completion of the building and we are targeting DGNB Platinum and Wirescore Gold.
