Qu4drans

Hines served as development manager for Qu4drans, comprised of four office buildings ranging from five to seven stories, totaling 927,515 square feet. Located in a landscaped park in Paris’ 15th arrondissement, the campus is surrounded by green space and each building features accessible roof-top terraces. A road links the 15th arrondissement and Issy-les-Moulineax as part of the project to increase and facilitate pedestrian circulation. The property serves as the home of the Ministère de la Défense at Balard.
