Tower 333 is a 20-story, 414,964-square-foot office tower in downtown Bellevue and was the first building on the West Coast to receive LEED Core & Shell pre-certification.
Designed by LMN Architects, the building's layout focuses on harnessing the elements of light and air to create the best possible work environment for today’s high-value knowledge worker. Efficient floorplates combine with 10-foot finished ceilings, full-height glass and a state-of-the-art, floor-by-floor mechanical system to create a workspace that aims to boost employee creativity, productivity, morale and the bottom line of tenants. The project was completed in 2008.
