About Tucherpark

In 2020, Hines acquired Tucherpark in a JV with Commerzreal. Hines will serve as investment and development manager of the project. Tucherpark consists of 10 buildings, thereof seven office buildings as well as one building each for hotel, sports and data center purposes. In total the gross floor area of all buildings is 137,000 square meters (1,476,000 square feet). The property is located between the English Garden and the river Isar with city centre of Munich directly to the south.
