In 2020, Hines, on behalf of its Pan-European Core Fund, acquired Werfthaus, a 154,311-square-foot (14,070-square-meter) office building in Frankfurt's Westhafen submarket.

Completed in 2009, Werfthause offers flexible office space, generous outdoor recreation areas, and unique views of the Main River and Frankfurt skyline. It is in close proximity to a wide range of restaurants and high-quality living spaces.

The building’s anchor tenant is Check24, Germany's leading online platform.
