Hines UK leases The Courtyard at HPH2 to IG Index
Hines UK and partner Hermes Real Estate have leased part of HPH2, The Courtyard – a total of 34,000 sq ft (3,159 sq m) – to IG Index on a 15 year lease.
The remainder of the building – a further 32,000 sq ft (2,973 sq m) – will be refurbished for speculative office use and include a spectacular landscaped courtyard, green roof and a roof garden.
Hyde Park Hayes is a 10 acre mixed-used campus, providing four office buildings and a hotel along with retail and residential uses. Hines UK acts as development manager for Hermes Pension Fund, which acquired the site in 2006. |
