David Pinguelo

David Pinguelo joined Hines in 2021. He started his career at Tishman Speyer in 2011 and spent ten years at the firm in different functions across Europe. Most recently he was the portfolio manager of the Tishman Speyer European Core Fund, a position he held for approx. five years. He was also actively involved in the vehicle’s capital raising initiatives. David holds a BSc in Business Studies from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) where he was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honour Society. He also holds a MPhil. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
