The Hines European Core Fund (“HECF” or the “Fund”) is an open-ended, income-focused strategy with a 17-year track record that invests in and manages a well-diversified portfolio of stable, income-producing real estate assets.

The Fund pursues a balanced investment strategy, acquiring assets in prime locations, with the aim to strengthen and grow the income profile during the holding period through sustainability-linked initiatives and active asset management.

GRESB collects, validates, scores and benchmarks ESG data to provide business intelligence, engagement tools, and regulatory reporting solutions. Hines pays to participate in GRESB.

Hines’ flagship balanced, open-ended Core Fund is a prime portfolio strategy invested across 10 different European countries and 17 city markets as of June 30, 2023. HECF seeks to continue to fortify its portfolio of high-quality assets across the living, logistics, office, and high-street retail sectors.
