Hines European Value Fund 3 (“HEVF 3” or the “Fund”) is a discretionary, closed-ended real estate fund that seeks to acquire high-conviction, thematic investments in primary European markets with a focus on fundamental trends and capital market inefficiencies. Its goal is to create value through active management1 initiatives including refurbishment, development, redevelopment, and repositioning.

HEVF 3 is the third vintage of a successful flagship series with €1.8B aggregate equity committed in two predecessor funds. Since 2018, the HEVF series has acquired assets across the industrial, living, office, and retail sectors with an ongoing focus to strive for the highest ESG credentials and certifications at every opportunity.

A closed-ended, value-add fund, Hines European Value Fund 3 seeks to create a portfolio of high-quality assets diversified across markets and sectors. It is expected to have significant allocations to logistics, office, and living along with other high-conviction alternative sectors.
